Hey !
So I thought I would do a February Favourites Post ! So this morning I was literally rummaging around my room -looking for specific things that I had enjoyed this month. My room , being it's usual self did not cooperate as it was exceedingly messy... However ! I have found what I wanted , and now let me talk you through them . Some of these things I got as gifts , so that's why on the photos they don't have where I bought them from , sorry if that is an inconvenience ! Also , because I'm a complete computer nutter - I don't know whether I am telling you the name of the items in order of the photos - so sorry once again :-P
Silver Converse
First thing ! So , for Christmas I went to New York and I went shoe shopping ( before you start predicting - no I did not buy the shoes there !) I was looking for some ankle boots ( which I found - there are probably the best shoes I have - will post a pic later !) Whilst I was looking , I spotted some really nice silver converse . However - I couldn't buy both shoes - so I left it there . Recently we went shopping in this mall ( can't remember the name ...) I went with my mum , her friend and their children . My mum randomly decided to dump all the little kids on me to get her nails done with her friend ( classic!) So I took them to T.K max ( the closest shop near the nail studio ) Over there I took them to the shoe section & just for fun , I let them all pick some shoes to try on ! ( Obviously not to buy - i'm still a kid !) Whilst I looked for some shoes for myself I spotted the same silver converse ( I think anyway) that I had seen in the shop in New York. I instantly picked them & as a treat my mum bought it for me ! ( Just saying - my mum buying me stuff as a treat is VERY rare ) So that's how they have ended up in my favourites ! They are really comfy - and they came with some spare laces - so I thought that was good . They were £22 , after a discount - that may be expensive to some of you - and cheaper to others . For me is was reasonable - but I had needed some new shoes too .
Godiva Chocolate
Like I mentioned earlier - I went to New York . Whilst we were there - we bought quite a few chocolates ! ( me being a chocoholic !) Godiva was one of the brands ( as we don't get much in England !) And Oh my God ! They are delicious & I wish we had more in England but no... :-( . They lasted me till the start of February so that's why I decided to include them !
Teddy Slippers
I absolutely love these slippers ! I saw them in ASDA , and they were literally begging for me to pick them up ! My feet sink into them & they are so soft ! Also they are really cute , and because they don't have a festive pattern on , it makes them more suitable for months like ...February (Not just Christmas ) ? Funny story , actually - I bought some Christmas tree gloves near Christmas , and they are adorable , don't get me wrong - but I still have to wear them on cold days because I don't have any other gloves - kinda sad - I tend to cover them up with my sleeves etc . I'm so awkward :-\ The slippers were around £5 - £8 , so that was good . However I think I bought the wrong size , because they are quite big & tend to slip off my feet ( weird ~ first the cucumbers now these ...) I don't think that's a problem though - its just my awkward - long and narrow feet !
Tunnocks Caramel Wafer Biscuit
To be completely honest - these are always going to be in my favourites - because I love them so much ! I first had them when I was in year 3 & then my mum stopped buying them ( something about me eating way to many of them ;-) ) Move on a few years and I spot them on the shelf in sainsburys and practically beg my mum to buy them - so now I have them quite regularly ! If you are worried whether its that gooey caramel - don't be , because it basically is a wafer biscuit with caremal sandwiching (is that a word )the wafers together , then coated with milk chocolate - pure lushness ! Definitely recommend them . They come in a range of packs so the prices vary ( 4 in one = £1.00 )
1989 D.L.X Album - Taylor Swift
So, if you are obsessed with Taylor Swift , like me , you probably have this already , and I know it came out in October - but I have been playing it non-stop ever since . My favourite songs are : How to get the girl , Style , Wonderland , Bad Blood , Wildest Dreams , Blank Space , Shake it Off etc . ( I could go through the whole album !) It comes with 13 polaroid photos with handwritten lyrics - which is oh so cool ! I love Taylor Swift so much that I begged ( I seem to do a lot of begging) my parents to get me tickets to see her , and guess what - for my birthday they got me the tickets !! Obviously I will write about it more when the time comes nearer , but I have a good few months before that happens! I haven't been to many concerts before , just one .I realised that I come across very spoilt as I usually seem to get what I want when I beg , but when I say beg - I mean I beg for a period of 5 or so weeks ( I should do a post on how to beg your parents to do something !) Also , my parents usually say no if its something unreasonable & I have to work my way to it by being a 'good' girl- so it doesn't just happen like that !
Impulse Body Fragrance - Very Very Pink
I actually got this a year ago & never really used it , because at the time I was using Charlie Red Revlon , but then that had run out because I had been using it for ages ( it is a very good deodorant ! I would have put it in my favourites but it ran out in January , so I never used it in February ! ) I was rummaging in my drawers and found the Impulse Body Fragrance , I gave it a shot and it is amazing . It is very strong and powerful & despite that it doesn't hurt when I spray it ! It also smells very nice ! The scent is Orange and Whitewood & it smells so airy fairy - I could smell it all day - but then I would look really weird , having my nose pressed against a deodorant bottle and all :-\ I really do love it though ! This was actually a gift from a friend - so I don't know where it came from - but you find it in places like boots , superdrug etc. (Same with Charlie Red Revlon ) I searched the prices in Superdrug and for a 100ml bottle it is £1.31 - which is a good price , nothing too fancy pancy .
Vaseline - Cocoa Radiant Body Gel
This was something that I used very recently ( yesterday to be precise ) I instantly fell in love with it . I'm not sure whether it counts as I only used it for one day in February , but I love it so much , so I had to put it in. It smells so nice ,and it leaves your skin smelling like cocoa butter . The gel is soft and makes your skin smooth . In all the other gels I have used , the scent washes away and I end up smelling normal , but this gel keeps the scent on my skin (I'm still smelling of cocoa butter !) It was around about £2 - £3 . I don't know what else to say really, just GO AND BUY IT ! It is probably my favourite skin product here (Well its the only skin product in my favourites so....) I got it from Boots , but you should be able to get it anywhere , like superdrug , even sainsburys !
Natural Shadow & Primer Glow Palette 2 Barry M
Barry M is my favourite make-up brand at the moment (as you will see as I go on ) The reason this is in my favourites is because I love the colour of the shadows& I have been using this palette for practically everything . If you read my Would You Rather Beauty Edition post , then you should know that I am someone who likes natural eyes , so this palette is my most used ! I got it from Superdrug and it was £6.49 . It comes with two mini brushes to apply the shadow & it covers practically every make up look I have ever worn ! Barry M do other palettes too, which are :

Smokin' Hot (for smoky eyes I'm guessing !)
Super Chic Limited Edition ( this is a range of bright colours - yellows , blues & pinks etc. )
Starry Eyed Limited Edition ( this is a range of golds , and midnight blues !)
Summer Love Limited Edition ( this is a range of pale pastel colours ! )
The original Natural Palette ( this has a bigger range of browns than the Natural Palette 2 - however it has less variety of colours overall !)
Choose whatever palette you like , they are all amazing quality and from seeing pictures of them they all look original and unique .
SHOWGIRL Extra Volume Black Mascara
This was also from Barry M . I love this mascara because it gives more volume to my lashes .Also I find the packaging super cute & I just love the product overall. It is really easy to apply & it is also easy to remove ! I wear it with everything - its my number one mascara ! It never leaves my lashes sticky & you may think I'm weird but I like feeling my lashes once I have applied this mascara - I don't know why - but if you buy it , feel your lashes after you have applied it & then comment whether you think it feels nice or not ! There is also another type of this mascara which adds length to your lashes . The packaging is the same , except it has a silver background & black lettering . I haven't tried out that mascara , but I assume its just as good !
Metallic Liquid Eyeliner Barry M
Once again, another Barry M product . This eyeliner is in my favourites because it is different to the typical jet black liner. It has a silver & sparkly look to it , and looks amazing with practically any eye-shadow . I also love it , because it is easy to apply , as the nib is thin and pointy and I don't need to worry about accidently smudging my eyes . I generally prefer liquid liners because I think they give a more defined finish , than a pencil . I have used it a lot this February & I thought it deserved a mention for being my number 1 - easy to apply eyeliner !
Revlon Lipstick - Brickstone 49
This has been my favourite lip product ever since January ! I found it with all my mum's make up ( whilst I was looking for things to sneakily steal sshhh !) I gave it a go , and I fell in love with it . I am a lip person , meaning I generally like bold colours on my lips & this lipstick does the trick. It is a lovely , mature (if you can describe colours like that ) red . It isn't a big chunky lipstick , instead it is thin and very easy to apply . However , a bit of a disclaimer - after I apply it ,my lips tend to tingle - I think its because my lips are very sensitive , so its nothing wrong with the lipstick - but I just felt that was worth a quick mention ! I also have another lipstick which is called 'rulberry' number 48 . It is a very similar shade to brickstone , however it is more of a bergundy colour ! Both are lovely , but I prefer brickstone , because I like more bolder colours !
Nintendogs Golden Retriever Stuffed Toy
Last thing ! So this is a bit random , but I found this hidden somewhere in my room and fell in love with it's cuteness . I remember when I was 5 (something like that anyway) I went into Toys 'R' Us , with my dad - and I found this and my dad then bought it for me , because I think I had just won an award in school ( because he usually wouldn't have bought me anything ) I was obsessed with it , but then it eventually got put away , and I forgot about it . And then , whilst I was re - inventing my room , because it was (and still is )so boring , I found it again & as I am a person who buys & collects ANYTHING cute - I kept it on my window sill & I love looking at it everyday because it reminds me of when I was 5 (something like that) I have been loving it especially in February though , I don't know why - maybe because its been really tough this month and it just reminds me to stay happy - or maybe its because my sister tried to steal it & I hate her touching anything that belongs to me - so I weirdly got attached to it - either way - I love this puppy way too much ;-)

So , that was my February Favourites! (You do not know how long it took to write this !!) Thanks for reading & if you have , or you are going to buy one of these things please leave a comment telling me your opinions on these things - I do love a good old comment !
Bye !
